Back in June we wrote a blog post about continuing to use recruitment agencies, even in the middle of a pandemic.
The reasons behind this haven’t changed but rather have been emphasised even more.
Now the schools are going back and more people have been taken off furlough recruitment is starting to pick up.
However, due to the ever present COVID-19 many people have found themselves as Covid Casualties and have unfortunately been made redundant.
Thus meaning there is an abundance of candidates on the market. Whilst may companies may think that, actually, this will make their lives easier-this is not the case.
Imagine getting hundreds of emails for a Business Development Manager but with 95% of them having no sales experience whatsoever and you having to sift through all these CV’s to find the 5% that do.
