Job Title: Outlet Sales Manager
Our Client – a luxury interiors brand, launched in 1983, here to inspire customers with our unique collection of handmade tiles, paint and bathrooms. We help our customers complete their vision of ‘home’ and turn it into a reality.
They’re a small team, based out of our HQ in Adderbury, Oxfordshire and in 30 showrooms around the UK and Europe.
What they’re looking for
They’re looking for a passionate and experienced Outlet Sales Manager to run our outlet store based in Adderbury. You will be a self-starter and confident to work alone, whilst working closely with the neighbouring flagship store team. You will strive to deliver the best customer service and consistently achieve targets. You don’t need to know everything about tiles, bathrooms, and paint, but having a technical background would be advantageous to this role.
Working for Our Client is more than just a retail role; it’s about treating customers as individuals and providing them with a truly consultative approach. Your day will be varied, and you will need good attention to detail, along with the ability to close sales and recall a wide range of product knowledge.
The role requires an organised and outgoing person, happy to advise on a wide variety of products, cross selling with first quality items and help our customers through the choices to find the perfect solution and complete their vision of home.
Who you are
Are you brilliant with people? Do you love getting stuck into a project? Thrive on hitting targets as part of a team? Then you’ll fit right in with our client. As well as this, you’ll be great at:
– One to one selling and closing leads
– Multi-tasking and great at organising
– Have a strong retail management background
– Technical and/or plumbing background
– Experience in heavy lifting equipment
– A GCSE or equivalent in Maths at grade C or above is essential
