Our client is a national Media and Publishing Group.
They are looking to recruit a Senior Digital Manager to join their dynamic organisation.
This role reports to the Head of Client Services, and is responsible for:
- Overall account management of clients and their digital marketing campaigns, across a portfolio of solutions, including; Paid search, paid social, digital display & SEO
- Partnering with our Digital Marketing Consultants to maximise growth opportunities & deliver an exceptional client experience
- Overseeing the on-boarding of all new clients & ensure all solutions/campaigns are setup according to best practice
- Managing, maintaining & retaining your portfolio of clients
- Consulting with clients on how best to leverage current & emerging online trends.
- Working with our product portfolio to meet the clients’ business goals
- Ensuring your assigned portfolio of clients are meeting/exceeding their objectives
- Exhibit expertise across all solutions & serve as a subject matter expert for these
- Efficiently adhering to all internal processes to ensure the smooth running of all practices
Role requirements:
- 2 years’+ experience working successfully within a B2B client account management environment preferable. Digital agency experience strongly preferred.
- Client-facing experience essential (phone or video/face-to-face) preferably in a digital agency environment
- Knowledgeable in setup/management of paid search (Google / Microsoft), SEO, Facebook and digital display campaigns
- GAP & Blueprint accredited would be favourable but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Digital Marketing Consultants on creating effective marketing strategies
- Working with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including creative development, ad operations and media buyers
- Managing multi-solution campaigns simultaneously across a portfolio of up to 40 clients
- Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring campaigns are set up as per the clients’ objective & brief across all solutions
- Identifying, evaluating and improving campaign effectiveness, efficiency, performance and quality of service
- Manage & foster ongoing client relationships, utilising a pro-active approach to communicating with clients and colleagues alike to ensure an exceptional level of customer service
- Become the primary point of contact for all campaign related issues
- Support sales on cross & up sells
- Manage and lead all renewal & ad-hoc client meetings, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
- Review and troubleshot campaign performance and optimisation issues using best practices
- Work collaboratively with a Search Engine Marketing Analyst utilising their skills helping you to manage your book

As this a remote working role you could be based anywhere in the UK
Basic salary is up to £32k, plus bonus with an achievable OTE of £38k
