My client is a well-respected, reputable broker with various locations in the UK.

They are looking to recruit experienced Mortgage Advisers to join their busy, thriving team in Southampton.

Due to growth, they will look at Mortgage Advisers from outside the area who are looking to work on a hybrid/remote basis.

The Role:

• Responsible for every aspect of the mortgage process including giving advice over the phone to new and existing customers
• Access to the whole of market
• All leads are from the company website. There is NO cold calling
• To remain complaint at all times within FCA regulations
• Excellent pre and post sale administration support

About You:

• Experienced mortgage advisor
• CeMap qualified or similar
• CAS status
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base
• Be hungry for success with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work in a fast paced targeted environment

The Package:

Basic salary of £29.5k, realistic OTE £65,000
