Wedding Sales Manager

Our client is a beautiful Weddings Venue based in a beautiful part of Gloucestershire, which offers a magnificent backdrop for a fairy-tale castle wedding with all the comforts of a traditional country manor.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Wedding Sales Manager, to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, have excellent communication skills and be experienced in customer service. Events sales experience is preferred, but extensive training will be provided for a role which although challenging, is highly rewarding. Sales experience necessary.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be individually responsible for generating revenue for the company against pre-set targets along with, but not exclusive to, the following:

• To qualify & manage all leads from initial enquiries through to viewing appointments and securing confirmation of booking.

• To be responsible for all aspects of client liaison right up to the confirmation of booking

• To generate new leads where possible through the use various marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

• To walk the venue daily and work with the Venue Manager to ensure the house and grounds are presented to the highest standard always.

• To attend venue house meetings, to actively participate with a sales update and to work with the Venue Manager and all Heads of Department to encourage goal congruence.

• To come up with new and innovative ways to generate new revenue and grow existing revenue streams for the venue

In return you will be offered a great basic with an amazing OTE.

Obviously due to the sector you will need to be flexible with weekend and evening flexibility.
