We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for a well-established Hotel.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the food and beverage operations whilst maintaining and improving standards of service.
To develop, innovate and deliver a product mix which is quality driven, maintaining commercial viability and financial returns, whilst managing a team staff and ensuring the team give exemplary hospitality to the guest at time.
Recruitment – Manage the process to ensure that correct skill set are recruited for the relevant positions in line with Company procedures Developing Food and Beverage concepts
To effectively administer and plan rotas, timesheets, lieu time and holidays to meet business needs and wage control. Food and Beverages orders and deliveries, ensuring liquor control is strictly always maintained.
Staff Training and Mentoring Purchase & Ledgers
Help and develop Marketing and promotional Plans as well as implementing them Ensuring revenue is always maximised through correct billing opportunities and develop a strength in Revenue Capture procedures
To report all maintenance faults to the maintenance department and follow the remedy through.
To ensure that all standards relating to security are maintained with emphasis on the following: Liquor Stocks To develop interactive customer relations and to be aware of any possible future requirements.
To relay such information and ideas to the Operations/General Manager for the enhancement of customer expectation.
To attend and contribute to all daily / weekly team meetings.
To have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law about the following company regulations: Licensing Laws Health & Safety Regulations Food handling & hygiene laws
