Our client is a stunning, elegant Wedding Venue, based in a beautiful, rural location.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Showround Executive to join their team, who are about to become extremely busy!
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining and event bars, together with a strong background in food led establishments is essential.
You will be showing potential clients around the venue, upselling packages, taking bookings and converting enquiries in to sales. You will be outgoing, enthusiastic, warm and welcoming and able to build rapport easily.
• 1 years’ experience as in a similar role
• Own transport is essential due to the location
• Report to the General Manager
• Some lone working
• Management plus delivery of both administrative and operational aspects
• Exceptional hours with only a few very late nights 40hrs per week 5 days out of 7
