17 Jul PA to Managing Director
Our client is a leading supplier of high end bespoke windows and doors, throughout the UK and Europe.
They are looking to recruit an experienced PA to work alongside the Managing Director, working 20 hours a week to suit, ideally 4 hours a day. You will prove invaluable in helping support them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
- Diary Management
- Organising meetings
- Organising flights and hotel bookings
- Sending out company mailshots/brochures
- Being first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Any other adhoc administrative duties as required
