Our client is an established law firm, with several offices across the south.

This well-established law firm is now looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor. The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE and will ideally have achieved a STEP qualification and should have a proven track record in drafting Wills, administering estates, drafting LPAs and advising on estate planning.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to work within an interesting and varied caseload of files with work across all aspects of Private Client work including, but not limited to:

  • All aspects of Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning work
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Drafting Deeds of Variation
  • Court of protection
  • Inheritance Tax and succession planning

Salary is dependent on experience.
