Property Manager

Our client is a leading Independent Agency, based in Shaftesbury.

They are looking to recruit a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Manager who will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing leases, and coordinating maintenance requests

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of property operations, including agreements, rent collection, and maintenance coordination, documentation (section 21’s etc)
– Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
– Screen and approve tenant applications in accordance with company policies
– Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with local rental regulations
– Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
– Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors
– Conduct regular of properties to ensure they are well-maintained
– Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
– Excellent phone manner and communication skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
– Knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks

The role is office-based Monday – Friday, and weekend availability is essential (on a rota basis) Own car is required for this role.
