15 Jan Property Sales Manager
Our client is a new, exciting, growing hybrid Estate Agency, with big expansion plans.
They are looking to recruit a confident, experienced Sales Manager to help take them to the next level. They have aspirations of going national with the brand and you will play a vital role in getting them there.
You will have proven experience in Estate Agency and exceeding sales targets, along with a real drive to succeed, want to push the limits and be able to think outside the box.
The role will be pivotal in continuing to drive the company forward and to maximise income. You should be fully experienced in all aspects of Estate Agency, and be fully autonomous with ability to work unsupervised. The role will include winning new business by way of valuations, and coming up with new ideas of getting them in front of new clients. You will also be responsible for training junior members of staff and mentoring them to reach great heights too!
They are very much a “all hands on deck” kind of team and you will be getting involved in all aspects of the job from viewings and valuations to sales progression and negotiating offers.
As an experienced property professional you will have your eye on the ball and be up to date with relevant legislations, and have an excellent grasp on how the local and national property market is performing.
Driving license and own car
Experience in all aspects of Estate Agency
Passion and drive to succeed
Desirable but not essential:
Experience of using Alto
Local knowledge of Salisbury or Andover, or both
Good contacts within the industry
