Our client is a leading provider of Probate services, and Estate Administration

They are looking for an experienced receptionist to join their growing team.  This is a great role for someone who is client focused, has a can do attitude and has outstanding telephone experience.

You will be the voice of our company that will either provide basic advice to our clients over the phone or you will direct the call to the appropriate colleague.

As well as answering all incoming calls you will also meet and great all clients in the office whilst taking them to the meeting room and offering refreshments as you go. You will be responsible in clearing the room down after each meeting.

You will have some administration tasks to do alongside your other duties which include returning clients documents to them.

The key parts of your role as receptionist will be:

Answer all incoming calls

Meet and greet clients

Return client documents to them

Deal with outgoing post and arrange couriers

Assist stationary/supply orders for the office

Ensuring the office is tidy

You must have experience of working in an administration based role managing your own workload in a busy office.

Hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Friday. Free Parking on site. Due to location own transport is essential.
