Our client is a leading provider of Insurance, based in great new offices in the City.
Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Renewals Advisor to join their customer focused team.
You will be looking after all customer’s needs by assisting them, retaining existing policies, whilst working within FSA guidelines.
Key responsibilities will include:
Responding to and following up on enquiries made by policy holders regarding their renewal quotes.
Conducting market research on competitors to be able to retain business
Informing the customer on the benefits of remaining with Perfect Pet
Selling the benefits of Perfect Pet whilst allowing the customer to make an informed decision
Working to both retention and sales targets
Working as part of a team, pulling together to support and achieve the best results for the team
Key skills we are looking for:
Sales skills are essential, along with an excellent telephone manner
You will be target driven and motivated
You will have experience with managing accounts, and a strong background in customer service
You will be friendly, professional with a positive outlook
Ability to take on training and guidance from internal trainers
