12 Aug Sales and Marketing Manager
My client is a leading provider of live in care based on the outskirts of Andover.
Due to a growth phase they are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their fun team
This is a new position within the company and a wonderful opportunity to achieve targets in a role that truly helps people in our society. The Sales & Marketing Manager will report directly to senior management and has a primary purpose of increasing leads and conversions and ultimately growing the business.
Your Initial Responsibilities:
Creating & developing the Sales & Marketing Team within the company
Managing Public Relations
Managing Sales Research, development & pricing Evaluating spend Overseeing & developing marketing campaigns Conducting research and analysing data to identify & define audiences
Devising & presenting ideas & strategies Compiling & distributing financial & statistical information Writing & proofreading creative copy
Organising exhibitions Using a CRM system Monitoring performance of your team & associated Line Manager duties
Degree/Postgraduate 5 years+ experience in similar role
Managerial experience Advanced Microsoft Office
Competent in all social media Google Ads & social media advertising experience an advantage.
Interpersonal skills & strong attention to detail
Excellent Telephone manner and clear spoken English
Creativity and imagination Influencing and negotiation skills
Organisational ability A pro-active, not a re-active personality
Clean driving license – Ability & willingness to travel
