We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client’s team in Tisbury. They are a leading independent agency with an excellent reputation and an extensive client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the branch. You will be motivated, driven and determined and enjoy working to targets.
You must drive and have your own vehicle for this role.
The role is Monday-Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis (time will be given off in the week to cover the Saturday)
Duties:
– Valuations as and when required (majority undertaken by the Branch Manager)
– Conduct property viewings for potential buyers
– Negotiating sales
– Market properties effectively through various channels
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
– Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
– Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
– Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
Experience:
– Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry is essential
– Able to demonstrate a strong sales background
– Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
– Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
