Business Development Executives

THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE AND DOES NOT OFFER REMOTE OPTIONS

They are looking to recruit top sales talent to join their dynamic team, who will excel in a high-earning, dynamic, and enjoyable work environment. Ideally, you will have experience in the Telecoms sector, or perhaps in a role where closing deals and booking appointments were a huge part of your duties. You will need to be driven, tenacious, and hungry to succeed.

Basic salaries are dependent on experience, and on target earnings are fantastic!!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a blend of warm and cold leads, following memorised scripts
  • Build customer relationships
  • Drive sales of products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Strategically build a pipeline of new business, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
  • Objection handling
  • Schedule qualified appointments with key decision-makers across the UK
  • Consistently achieve team and individual targets adhering to KPI’s
  • Conduct information gathering to inform sales strategies
  • Effective diary management
